And now, there is even a Zombie Outlaw paintballing game so you can see how you’d fare in the imminent zombie apocalypse.
Ottersghoul Horror Maze

This year is all about the scariest experiences that can be thrown at you and Otterspool Adventure Centre is coming in with a strong contender for the scariest experience.

DBY WonderlandThis immersive mystery game will take you on a journey to save Alice from a serial killer dubbed the ‘Mad Hatter’ for his love of top hats and coat tails. Venture through the Blade Factory to confront his followers, disguised as gory interpretations of Lewis Carroll’s creations, to find clues to save the latest blonde bombshell victim.

Spooky Speke

Although the Halloween weekend dates are sold out, there’s still chance to carry on the spooky vibe with a terrifying tour around the beautiful haunted Tudor house.
Follow The Lady in Black on a creepy tour of the house to relive real encounters with former inhabitants. The tours take place at night so be prepared for a fright in the dark! You’ll also be treated to a hearty winter dish and dessert before the tour by torchlight.
Chamber of Horrors

Last year’s tour through the darkest depths of the imposing hall. Lovehistory Loves Horror will take you on a voyage through the cold, dark passageways and eerie cells of the Lime Street landmark.
You’ll have to get your brave hat on as you never know what, or who, you’ll encounter in the beneath St George’s Hall. This is definitely one not suitable for kids and not one for those afraid of the dark!

One of Liverpool’s most historic buildings is hosting a monster movie with spooky science sessions on Halloween weekend.
Hotel Transylvania II will be shown at 10:30 am for all the family to enjoy, followed by chemistry experiments that let the little ones make their own spider webs, shrinking spiders and super slimy bugs.
Professor Alex Burrows then takes the kids through a lesson in the Dark Arts in the hat factory exhibition inside the museum. It’s set to be a great interactive experience for kids of all ages, so make sure you pop in this Halloween in Liverpool.

Be prepared for cuteness overload as the dogs of Liverpool come together in their best Halloween getup and strut their stuff. There’s a Best Dressed Pooch competition, doggy themed stalls with treats and accessories and FREE dog beer for pooches!
All proceeds will go towards Merseyside Dogs Home and all the fantastic work they do to rehome lost and abandoned dogs in the region.
