Calling those who’d rather be in the Wizarding World, Waterstones are inviting you to celebrate all things Harry Potter!
This will be a night of fancy dress and quizzes, along with Hogwarts style potion making and even an appearance from the famous sorting hat.
Narnia Experience

A previous success from Crosby charity ‘In Another Place’, The Narnia Experience of 2013 will be returning to St George’s Hall to mesmerize visitors with an interactive experience.
Visitors can step into Narnia through the famous wardrobe to a winter forest of trees. Expect to discover some of Narnia’s most loved inhabitants, featuring Mr Tumnus and Mrs Beaver. Oh, and you may want to prepare to cross paths with The White Witch!
Harry Potter in Concert with Full Live Orchestra

If you’re someone who can hum the Harry Potter score, then there’s no doubt that this is the event for you. Complementing the first film with an incredible live orchestra, you can say goodbye to the Muggle world for a night and find yourself lost in the magic!

The New Ancient Egypt Gallery
Date: Spring 2017
Transporting you back in time, the upcoming new Ancient Egypt gallery in Liverpool’s World Museum is set to blow you away. With a restored gallery space that hasn’t been accessible to the public for 35 years, this is something that the whole family can enjoy.
Museum visitors will be able to enjoy striking displays of 12 mummies and fascinating displays of their large collection of objects.
MCM Liverpool Comic Con
